Corporate Governance Practices and Environmental Reporting of Companies in Malaysia: Finding Possibilities of Double Thumbs Up

Abstract: Demonstrating good corporate governance and maintaining sound environmental performance are among the key challenges facing the organisation to ensure its sustainability.
