Corporate governance hierarchies and the performance of commercial banks in Cameroon

Abstract: This study set out to determine how corporate governance hierarchies influence the performance of commercial banks in Cameroon. To attain this core objective, a questionnaire was administered to shareholders, members of boards of directors, top management, and nonexecutive employees of nine commercial banks operating in Cameroon.
