Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, and Inter-temporal Risk Transfer

Abstract: This work is an initial attempt to describe the interconnections among corporate governance, enterprise risk management, and the phenomena of inter-firm risk transfer that occurs in combination with firms' income smoothing.
