Corporate governance and earnings conservatism in Malaysia

Abstract: The objective of this paper is to examine whether earnings conservatism increased after Our extended analyses of corporate governance variables contribute to the understanding of audit committee independence and audit committee expertise.JEL classification: M41, M48, G34, G38
