Corporate elite characteristics and firm's internationalization: CEO-level and TMT-level roles

Abstract: This study attempts resolution of certain ambiguities of the corporate elite -Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Top Management Team (TMT) -effect on corporate internationalization strategy.
