Corporate decisions on LGBT friendliness: a multi-level approach

Abstract: PurposeThis research investigates how and why firms adopt inclusive diversity activities, identifying the mechanisms behind firms involved in lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT)–friendly pursuits.
