Corporate Boards, Insider Ownership and Firm-Related Characteristics: A Study of Indian Listed Firms

Abstract: The basic purpose of this article is to ferret out whether there exists any association amongst board characteristics, insider ownership and firm-specific characteristics (firm size and age) in relation to Indian corporates listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
