The purpose of the article is to determine the national characteristics of overcoming the social consequences of the pandemic in the Russian society. The planetary spread of the COVID-19 virus, which takes place regardless of state national borders, has highlighted the strengths and weaknesses of world integration on a global scale and, at the same time, has shown the reserves of a national solution to economic, political and cultural problems in a pandemic situation. The author proposes the author's solution to the problem of Russia's place in the world civilizational process, determines the specifics of the country's civilizational development, which determines decision-making in the management of social processes, using civilizational approach, historical and comparative methods. The result of the study is the substantiation of the position on the crisis of the globalization project, the signs of which are the inability of the world community to ensure intercultural interaction and consolidate in solving the problem of the pandemic, as well as the refusal to recognize Russian achievements in the fight against the virus. It was concluded that only national-state localization and tough government decisions can have positive consequences in an extreme situation. The practical value of the results of scientific research lies in the possibility of using the conclusions that we justified to assess the social situation and develop specific political and economic measures to overcome the negative social consequences of the pandemic in Russian society, to organize tolerant intercultural communication in the world community.

Введение. В статье представлен синхронный срез в развитии лексики немецкого языка в период пандемии COVID-19: рассматриваются источники и состав неологизмов, выявляются специфические особенности текущих деривационных процессов, анализируются особенности функционирования языковой метафоры при осмыслении новых реалий. Методология и источники. Методологической основой исследования являются теория неологии, когнитивное словообразование и теория концептуальной метафоры. Источником языкового материала послужил онлайн-словарь пандемических неологизмов, созданный в институте немецкого языка им. Лейбница в Мангейме (Leibniz-Institut für Deutsche Sprache, IDS), а также тексты новостного и публицистического характера в немецких интернет-СМИ. Результаты и обсуждение. Исследование дало возможность выявить семантическое наполнение неологизмов и заимствований, характер их употребления в речи. Анализ механизмов словообразовательной категоризации пандемической действительности показал продуктивность традиционных словообразовательных моделей и активное использование терминологических элементов «Corona», «Covid» при образовании лексики повседневного общения. Авторы утверждают, что новые слова быстро осваиваются носителями языка и подстраиваются под национальную языковую систему, приобретая грамматические признаки немецкого языка. Заключение. Результатом рассмотрения стал вывод о том, что новая и метафорически переосмысленная лексика является способом адаптации к современной реальности, выражения эмоционального отношения к ней, а также способом преодоления страха перед опасностью заражения.

Elderly people are at a significantly increased risk of severe illness after contracting COVID-19. It is logical that the measures of social isolation taken in our country were addressed primarily to the elderly (over 65 years of age). The provision of social assistance has been and is being carried out not only by state institutions of the social sphere, but also by public organizations and volunteer groups. In this article, the author presents the experience of the Republic of Bashkortostan in providing assistance to the most vulnerable categories of the population during the coronavirus pandemic. The scientific significance of the study lies in identifying the key areas of development of the process of providing social assistance to needy categories of citizens in the context of the coronavirus pandemic by public organizations. The author organized and conducted expert interviews with the representatives of the most active social movements and associations, which allowed identifying the features of and prospects for the development of the process of providing social assistance in the context of the coronavirus pandemic.
