Corn gluten hydrolyzates differentially regulate gene expression in epididymal fat by diet induced obese rats

Abstract: The aim of this study was to examine the effect of corn gluten hydrolyzates on signal transduction for body weight reduction in high fat‐induced obese rats. In the previous study, we confirmed that corn gluten hydrolyztes were effective for body fat reduction and reducing leptin and increasing adiponection level.
