Coring‐out fistulectomy with a newly designed ‘fistulectome’ for complicated perianal fistulae: a retrospective clinical analysis

Abstract: The results of this series suggest that coring-out of a fistula using a fistulectome may be a valid treatment for complicated anal fistula.
