Coréia do Sul e Taiwan: Notas sobre a política industrial

Abstract:RESUMO Este artigo trata das políticas industriais decretadas pela Coreia do Sul e Taiwan após a Segunda Guerra Mundial. Ordenamos nossa apresentação em três tópicos principais: i) forte intervencionismo estatal; ii) diferenças entre os dois, Taiwan com forte presença do setor produtivo estatal e capital privado fragmentado, enquanto na Coréia do Sul há maior presença de indústrias pesadas e de alta tecnologia e conglomerados privados; iii) os avanços e obstáculos desta década.
