Core Strength

Abstract: To learn about electromyography (EMG) and how EMG has been used to measure abdominal muscle activity in more popular abdominal exercise practices, including Pilates, yoga, and standing abdominal maneuvers.To see the extent to which these forms of exercise may or may not be effective for enhancing abdominal strength and fitness based on the available EMG research.
