Abstract:This research succeeded in the prepared of copper oxide nanoparticles (CuO NPs) via mixing (Cu2NO3) salt with chitosan extract using a hydrothermal method. The CuO NPs play a dominant role in the antibacterial process, eliminating microbes and producing an environment free of diseases. CuO NPs were examined via (XRD), (FE-SEM), UV-visible and PL spectrum.
