Cooperative Cognitive Intelligence for Internet of Vehicles

Abstract: To resolve the contradictions between the increasing demand of vehicular wireless applications and the shortage of spectrum resources, high mobility, short link lifetime, and spectrum efficiency, a novel cognitive radio (CR) and efficient management of spectrum in vehicular communication is required. Therefore, to exhibit the importance of spectral efficiency, a system model is proposed for cooperative centralized and distributed spectrum sensing in vehicular networks. The proposed architecture is used to mini… Show more

“…Finally on using simulation results which show that the end-to-end delay is minimized in cooperative communication according to the vehicle priority. There are lots of challenges ahead when V2V environment meets up M2M with various soft computing systems [32,[43][44][45], in this ear billions f ubiquitous device are connected together to form a huge mesh of big data [46,47] apart from that now a days voice controlled vehicles are facing real-time implementation challenges. …”

“…A predominant interest around the world in exploiting-enabled communications in Vehicular and transportation environments. The integration of CR devices and CR networks into vehicles and associated infrastructures can lead to intelligent interactions with the transportation system, among the vehicles [32]. Furthermore, due to integration, we can achieve radio resource management and energy efficiency, road traffic management, network management, vehicular diagnostics, road traffic awareness for applications such as route planning, mobile commerce, and so on.…”

“…A proposed method [30] maximized the lifetime of a sensor by optimizing data aggregation. Intelligent systems, from vehicular networks to the smart buddy and other evolutionary systems, are applied in various fields of technology [31][32][33][34][35] which also poses many challenges in implementation, especially in analyzing fire simulations without human intervention.…”

“…Vehicular Cyber-Physical Systems (VCPS), namely systems that aim to improve vehicular active safety and infotainment, have attracted a significant amount of interest over the past few decades [1][2][3]37]. In a VCPS, each vehicle is considered as a smart object equipped with a powerful multi-sensor platform, 5 communications technologies, computation units, as well as IP-based connectivity to the Internet and to other vehicles either directly or indirectly [4,38].…”
