A smart co-operative refers to a co-operative that aims to apply ICT to provide better services and increase management efficiency to meet organizations’ goals through the combinations of ICT technology and business. In this paper, we propose the sustainable development smart co-operative framework, which specifically applies to all types of co-operatives which use information technology in their organization, enabling transformation to improve their services, management, and governance. In addition, we discuss ICT channel creation for improving knowledge, awareness, democracy, and the participation of members, a process in which IT contributes to the accessibility of members and communication between the co-operative, members, and stakeholders. The element design of this proposed framework has considered three key principles, which are (1) smart members, (2) the smart economy, and (3) smart governance. A smart co-operative is a term used to extend the concept of a smart city into co-operative organization to promote a sustainable development approach in the co-operative sector. Therefore, the smart co-operative combines ICT, smart concepts, co-operative business aspects, business models, and innovation. The findings suggest that the smart and sustainable development co-operative framework is suitable for co-operatives, providing a comprehensive framework for value creation through the smart co-operative concept.

A smart co-operative management framework aims to apply ICT to provide better services and increase management efficiency. The findings of previous studies suggest that the framework is suitable for any co-operative organization that uses information technology to improve its services, management, and governance. Therefore, this paper has applied a smart co-operative management conceptual model to a smart co-operative management framework. It is a smart co-operative management concept that complies with strategic management for responding to technological disruption. A smart co-operative management framework combines business and technology to align the concept to establish efficiency and governance in co-operative management. This paper presents a smart co-operative management framework based on the EA concept for sustainable development in co-operative management. This framework was developed through a smart co-operative conceptual model, comprehensive literature review, and requirement analysis based on the conceptual framework consisting of five layers: business, application, data and information, infrastructure and technology, and governance. Content validity was used for evaluation. This framework demonstrates that technology could enhance the co-operative sector through the layers of applications, data, and information supported by infrastructure and technology. This study shows the framework for sustainable development co-operatives in the co-operative sector. It also creates value through enterprise architecture (EA) and the smart co-operative management concept.

Based on the background of big data, it is necessary to study the dynamic parameter optimization of the commercial bank risk model neural network. Several customer information attribute groups that have an impact on loan customer rating are selected, and the existing customer data are used to train the network model of the attribute group and customer default rate, so that it can predict the customer’s default rate according to the newly entered loan customer information and then predict whether the customer defaults. Based on a neural network model, this article constructs the credit risk early warning model of science and technology bank, makes an empirical test, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to control the credit risk of bank. This article establishes a warning model of commercial banks by using a neural network. Taking the bank as an empirical sample, the constructed neural network model is used. Finally, the error of the model is small and the early warning results are satisfactory. The experimental results show that the proposed risk early warning model can accurately predict the customer default rate, so as to warn the defaulting customers. In the whole process, there are few human intervention factors and a high degree of intelligence, which reduces the operational risk.
