Cooling performance in a minichannel heat sink with different triangular pin-fins configurations

Abstract: With the continuous progress of automotive new energy technology, the motor has become an important part of the power system, and the heat dissipation of insulated-gate bipolar transistors (IGBT) determines the reliability of the power system.
