Cooled and Uncooled Varactors for Paramp Applications

Abstract

A discussion of the properties needed to obtain high-quality varactors is presented. Test data are also presented on state-of-the-art varactors as they are cooled from room temperature (290 K) to liquid helium temperature (4.2 K).
