Abstract:The conversion of methanol to hydrocarbons over ZSM-5 zeolite modified with transition metals -Zn, Zr and Lais described. The interdependence of reaction parameterstemperature, contact time, and catalyst acidityin controlling C 2 -C 3 olefins selectivity are is characterized and interpreted. It is found that binary modification of ZSM-5 increased the selectivity of target products. Some of the unique properties of La-Zr/НZSM-5 catalyst are apparently due to the combination of strongly acidic and weak acid site… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
