Conversion of furfuryl alcohol to alkyl levulinate fuel additives over Al2O3/SBA-15 catalyst

Abstract: Al2O3/SBA-15 catalyst is effective in the alcoholysis of furfuryl alcohol to alkyl levulinates in both batch and continuous processes at atmospheric pressure.
