Conventional and Emerging Extraction Processes of Flavonoids

Abstract: Flavonoids are a group of plant constituents called phenolic compounds and correspond to the nonenergy part of the human diet. Flavonoids are found in vegetables, seeds, fruits, and beverages such as wine and beer.
