Convenient Synthesis of Alternatively Bridged Tryptophan Ketopiperazines and Their Activities against Trypanosomatid Parasites

Abstract: There is an urgent need for the development of new treatments against trypanosomatid parasites; the causative agents of some of the most debilitating diseases in the developing world.
