Controlling the rotation modes of hematite nanospindles by dynamic magnetic fields

Abstract: The magnetic field-induced actuation of colloidal nanoparticles has enabled tremendous recent progress towards microrobots, suitable for a variety of applications including targeted drug delivery, environmental remediation or minimally invasive surgery.
