Controlling Sulfuryl-Transfer Biology

Abstract: Summary In humans, the cytosolic sulfotransferases (SULTs) catalyze regiospecific transfer of the sulfuryl-moiety (−SO3) from PAPS to thousands of metabolites, including numerous signaling small molecules, and thus regulates their activities and half-lives.
