The paper deals with the remote experiment INCLINE for teaching on Mechanics and training of the skills for remote experimentation and remote experiments building. The experiment is built on the principle server-client and finite-state machine. For the purpose we used the system Internet School Experimental System and Easy Remote ISES environment for straightforwardand intuitive preparing ofweb pages and controlling programs of remote experiments for laymen in informatics. The class of multiple remote experiments was built accessible via Remote Laboratories Management System REMLABNET for education and schooling purposes.

Security of ISES Measureserver® Module for Remote Experiments against Malign Attacks

Abstract-This paper focuses on the security of the remote laboratories formed by remote experiments against malign attacks. Surprisingly, in spite of the fact the remote laboratories have been existing for at least three decades but virtually no attention has been devoted to this vital subject. Various malign attacks are analyzed in detail related to the Measureserver ® module, which is the basic unit of the ISES (Internet School Experimental System) remote experiments accessed by clients via web pages. Such the laboratories are sometimes called e-laboratories. In the introduction a state of the art, basic features and principles are described. The following chapter analyses general security risks of remote laboratories for their software, hardware and specific risks. Next, possible malicious attacks are determined which could affect the Measureserver module. Finally, the suggestions for adequate security software and hardware solutions are outlined to prevent such attacks.

Virtual and remote laboratories has become a standard part of education and research. Although nowadays there exist many examples how to build them it is still advantageous to create new solutions that are universal, more flexible and comfortable to use. This paper describes features of a new application developed for the purpose of remote laboratories. It has been written in the C# programming language and it is based on the Microsoft .NET technology and Matlab/Simulink platform. In comparison with older versions the new one uses new progressive methods of .NET technology for communication and user interface design. This allows simplification of its construction, easy modification according to new requirements as well as a simple creation of client applications. The new remote laboratory application facilities are demonstrated on several real systems.
