Controlled Growth Cu2S Nanoarrays with High-Performance Photothermal Properties

Abstract: The controlled growth of Cu2S nanoarrays was constructed by a facile two-step impregnation synthesis route. The as-synthesized Cu2S/CuO@Cu samples were precisely characterized in terms of surface morphology, phase, composition, and oxidation states.
