Abstract:The optical features of multiple‐layered axial heterostructures composed of III‐nitride semiconductors (GaN, InGaN, and AlGaN) are investigated to realize tunable nanolasers. The optical confinement effects develop exciton‐polariton in nanorods, leading to polariton lasing with distinctive dispersion.
