Controle da hipertensão arterial em uma unidade de saúde da família

Abstract: Control of arterial hypertension in RESULTADOS:As médias da pressão arterial inicial e final foram 155,9±24,1/95,3±13,9 mmHg e 137,2±16,1/85,7±8,7 mmHg (p<0,01), respectivamente. No início do tratamento, 28,9% dos hipertensos tinham níveis pressóricos controlados (<140/90 mmHg) contra 57% no fi nal do período observacional (p<0,01). A média de consultas nesse período foi de 10,1±3,9, com 91,8% de adesão. Identifi cou-se uso de dois anti-hipertensivos por 50,4% e uso de um medicamento por 35,6% dos pacientes. A… Show more
