“…Para la producción de enzimas hidrolíticas por FES se aislaron cepas fúngicas a partir de bagazo (Ingenio azucarero local) y hoja de caña de azúcar (Colegio de Postgraduados, Campus Córdoba). La estrategia de aislamiento consistió en colocar muestras en una cámara húmeda a 30°C por 7 días, una vez que era visible el crecimiento de cepas fúngicas fueron transferidas a cajas petri que contenía agar cloranfenicol, rosa de bengala y diclorán (DIFCO®), las cepas seleccionadas fueron transferidas por la técnica de punta de hifa en cajas Petri con el mismo medio y fueron mantenidas a 30°C durante 5 días (Afolabi et al, 2020;Martínez-Salgado et al, 2021).
