Control and Automation of an Industrial Food Dryer

Abstract: In this paper, the development of a system of automation and control designed for the optimization of the operation of an industrial dryer is presented. The system was divided in three stages, such as: acquisition of variables, design of interfaces and the programming of the system. A series of transducers for the variables were used in the first stage.
