Contrasting Epidemiology and Genetic Variation of <em>Plasmodium vivax</em> Infecting Duffy Negatives across Africa

Abstract: Recent studies indicated that Plasmodium vivax can infect Duffy-negative individuals, but the varied diagnostic and methodological approaches have limited our ability to characterize P. vivax across Africa.
