“…This also accords with the results of Bhosale et al, 14 who distinguished the MSI state of EC from the MSS state EC in Federation International of Gynecology and Obstetr (FIGO) IA through the reduced field‐of‐view intravoxel incoherent motion (rFOV‐IVIM) method. This is because the size of the f value is not only related to the microvessel density and blood flow velocity but also to the overall motion of the water molecules in the tissue, the pressure of the blood vessel wall, and the difference in the b ‐value 35–38 . Previous reports 39,40 have shown that the choice of b value varies, and the size of f value also varies.…”

“…This is because the size of the f value is not only related to the microvessel density and blood flow velocity but also to the overall motion of the water molecules in the tissue, the pressure of the blood vessel wall, and the difference in the b-value. [35][36][37][38] Previous reports 39,40 have shown that the choice of b value varies, and the size of f value also varies. For instance, an IVIM study 39 on prostate cancer showed that when the b values were within a range of 0-750 sec/mm 2 , the f value of the tumor tissue increases, but when the maximum b value exceeds 750 sec/mm 2 , the f value of the tumor tissue decreases significantly, making it indistinguishable from normal tissue.…”

“…For patients with localized prostate cancer, multiparametric TRUS including grayscale imaging, color Doppler imaging, shear wave elastography, and contrast-enhanced ultrasound had higher sensitivity, negative predictive value, and accuracy than multiparametric MRI (97.4% versus 94.7, 96.9% versus 92.3, and 87.2% versus 76.9%, respectively) [17]. In the study including 108 patients with cervical cancer, CEUS was comparable to magnetic resonance imaging for measuring tumour size (left-right r = 0.84, craniocaudal r = 0.86 and anteroposterior r = 0.88) [18]. The 84.9% accuracy was achieved in the previous study from our center using biplane TRUS plus UE and CEUS for T staging of locally advanced rectal cancer after neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy [10].…”

“…In addition, the CEUS can present different aspects of local invasion, including parametrial extension and invasion of the vagina, uterine corpus, and other adjacent organs. CEUS has good concordance with MRI in evaluating the invasion of cervical cancer [ 40 ]. In this case, echoes of the parauterine and uterine body did not enhance synchronously with the solid components of the cervical mass, indicating that they were not invaded by the cervical lesion.…”
