Abstract: Objective: This study aims to evaluate the use of prophylactic intravenous hydration (IV prophylaxis) and carbon dioxide (CO2) angiography in reducing contrast associated-acute kidney injury (CA-AKI) and determine the overall incidence and risk factors of CA-AKI in high-risk patients undergoing peripheral vascular interventions (PVI).
