Contract Types, Institutional Distance and Operational Performance: Evidence from Global Trade Flows in the LNG Industry

Abstract: In this study, we examine the relationship between contract types, institutional distance and operational performance in the context of cross‐border trade in the liquefied natural gas (LNG) industry.
