Abstract: Revisão ResumoUma adequada contracepção no puerpério é recomendada para prevenir morbidades maternas e infantis. Os benefícios materno-fetais da lactação são indiscutíveis e a amamentação exclusiva em pacientes amenorréicas é um método contraceptivo eficaz.
