With reference to the previous literature, this study only used 0.6 ml•kg-10.4% ropivacaine hydrochloride in preoperative nerve block and postoperative continuous infusion of 5 ml•h-1 0.2% ropivacaine hydrochloride [18,21,32], without any observable local anesthetic toxicity.
