Contextual Integrity as a General Conceptual Tool for Evaluating Technological Change

Abstract: The fast pace of technological change necessitates new evaluative and deliberative tools. This article develops a general, functional approach to evaluating technological change, inspired by Nissenbaum’s theory of contextual integrity.
