Contaminantes emergentes en el agua: Regulación en México, principio precautorio y perspectiva comparada

Abstract: Este trabajo analiza el estado de regulación jurídica de los contaminantes emergentes en las fuentes y cuerpos de agua en México. Para este fin, se debate su relevancia en el contexto de las obligaciones constitucionales asumidas en torno al derecho humano al agua y al saneamiento.
