“…First, drawing on the food values classifications previously reviewed, two values were initially taken into account in the previously mentioned works inspired by Lusk and Briggeman's (2009) food values scale, in particular, price and safety. Secondly, the value of environmental impact proposed by Lusk and Briggeman (2009) was also included, because, although not considered in the work by Antwi and Matsui (2018), it is of key importance according to international organizations such as the United Nations Agenda 2030 and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Similarly, the value of nutrition suggested by Lusk and Briggeman (2009) was also taken into account, because despite not having been considered by Antwi and Matsui (2018), it is closely related to the health benefit value considered by these authors.…”
