Construction of Pair-wise Balanced Design

Abstract: A new procedure for construction of a pair-wise balanced design with equal replication and un-equal block sizes based on factorial design are presented. Numerical illustration also provided. It was found that the constructed pair-wise balanced design was found to be universal optimal.
