Abstract:To change the binary structure of nanotube and nanotube array in vertically aligned carbon nanotube arrays, this work deposits regularly arranged amorphous alumina sheets on the classical array growth catalyst (10 nm‐thick alumina and 2 nm‐thick iron) and obtains an array similar to the Medusa head.
