This study, with the goal of cultivating green and low-carbon talents, aims to enhance students' practical skills by constructing an immersive practical teaching platform. This platform integrates theoretical learning, virtual simulation, hands-on training, and project showcases, creating an immersive learning environment for students to acquire knowledge and improve their skills. The results of its application demonstrate that compared to traditional teaching methods, this platform significantly stimulates students' interest in learning and enhances their comprehensive practical abilities. Although further improvements are needed in terms of resource development, application promotion, data analysis, and faculty training, the practice-oriented teaching reform based on the platform has shown initial positive effects. This study provides a new practical teaching model for the cultivation of applied talents in the field of green and low-carbon development. Further reforms and improvements are necessary to enhance teaching quality.

О новых субъектах конституционного права в цифровую эпохуАннотация. Развитие современных общественных отношений приводит к возникновению новых субъектов конституционного права, так как содержание взаимных связей между ними все больше и больше переходит в цифровое пространство, где формируются обновленные конституционные ценности. Действующее правовое регулирование гораздо более консервативно и не может своевременно реагировать на стремительно развивающиеся отношения в данной сфере. Косвенным подтверждением этому служит рост популярности программного регулирования, когда государство пытается оказать воздействие или хотя бы предугадать будущее через проекты, планы, комплексы задуманных мероприятий и т.д. В этой связи предлагаются теоретические подходы для оптимизации классического правового регулирования. Основная цель статьи -применение авторской теории соотношений субъектов конституционного права для оценки общественных отношений на предмет констатации появления все новых субъектов и условий для оказания ими друг на друга воздействия. Целесообразность данной деятельности обусловлена стремлением к последующим предложениям теоретического характера с целью развития системы нормативного правового регулирования. Перечень задач работы обусловлен сферами общественных отношений, выборочно рассмотренными в статье, такими как высокотехнологичная медицина, интернет-пространство, система образования и воспитания молодежи, обеспечение и защита прав человека в избирательном процессе и т.д. Безусловно, данный перечень не может быть исчерпывающим. Анализу подверглись явления, урегулированные правом, имеющие место в зарубежных государствах и международной практической деятельности транснациональных корпораций, что свидетельствует об использовании сравнительно-правового метода. Ключевым результатом проделанной работы является предложение пересмотра устоявшихся правил анализа и систематизации общественных отношений, реализуемых в цифровом пространстве или иным образом связанных с ним. На это же должно переориентироваться и нормативное правовое регулирование. Ключевые слова: цифровое пространство; права человека; электронная среда; правоотношения; современные технологии; новые субъекты; субъекты конституционного права; теория соотношений.
