Constructing a signature based on the SIRT family to help the prognosis and treatment sensitivity in glioma patients

Abstract: Enzymes of the silent information regulator (SIRT) family exert crucial roles in basic cellular physiological processes including apoptosis, metabolism, ageing, and cell cycle progression.
