Constraints to incorporate competition in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in Malaysia

Abstract: Competition in procurement not only benefits government and taxpayers but also provides an equal market for the private sector. Competitive procurement stimulates market creativity, as it discourages anti-competitive behaviour.
