“…We propose 29 lectotypes, 28 epitypes and two neotypes for European Helvella species and resurrect 12 old binomials to be applied to newly recovered species, i.e., two species described by Schaeffer (1774) , two species described by Bergeret (1783) , one species described by Persoon (1799) , two species described by Holmskjold (1799) , one species described by Albertini & Schweinitz (1805) , one species described by Raddi (1807) , one species described by Schweinitz (1822) , one species described by Fries (1822) , and one species described by Inzenga (1865) . Seven species are described as new, i.e., H. alpicola , H. alpina , H. carnosa , H. danica , H. nannfeldtii , H. pubescens and H. scyphoides , and full descriptions are provided for 12 emended species where the current concepts encompassed several related or unrelated species.…”

“…A direct relationship between adrenergic activity and UKE has been suggested in patients with phaeochromocytoma who exhibit 30high levels of UKE (Margolius et al, 1972). In young spon--taneously hypertensive rats, UKE has been found to be higher .5 than in normotensive controls (Rasher et al, 1980) rats (Albertini et al, 1981). In a previous study (Girolami et One can hypothesize that conflicting data from the literan = 4) after sham-operation.…”

“…Pisolithus (Basidiomycota, Sclerodermataceae) is one of the most cosmopolitan mutualistic gasteromycete genera in the world (Marx 1977). It was introduced by Albertini and Schweinitz (1805) to accommodate the type species Pisolithus arenarius. Members of this genus were recorded from various habitats with regard to temperature, nutrient levels and heavy metal concentrations, and has been recorded from tropical, subtropical and temperate regions (Watling et al 1999;Martín et al 2013;Rusevska et al 2015;Jaouani et al 2015;Crous et al 2016;Mifsud & Mifsud 2022).…”
