The environmental protection attribute and energy-saving level of green buildings cannot be described by the traditional evaluation model. In order to solve the above problems, a new ecological energy-saving effect evaluation algorithm of green buildings based on gray correlation degree is designed. Based on the framework of building energy-saving index system, the environmental protection evaluation standards are divided and the results are used to screen the energy-saving indexes, so as to complete the establishment of green building ecological energy-saving index system and standards. Then, the evaluation set is established, and the evaluation scale of each layer of indicators is accurately located according to the weight value of each index. On this basis, the membership matrix is constructed. By calculating the index weight and determining the fuzzy synthesis operator, the rating process of the algorithm is improved and the analysis of the evaluation algorithm of environmental protection and energy conservation indicators of green building materials based on gray correlation degree is realized. The experimental results show that the designed algorithm has good stability of the fitting curve, can save energy, and has low cost.

Assessment systems for green buildings around the world have been developed over many years, but there is a lack of assessment elements for the disaster prevention and mitigation (DPM) capabilities of green buildings in many indicators. DPM indexes based on the four main aspects of structural safety, DPM design, facility settings, and resource utilization are proposed here with consideration to the complex natural disasters that occur in China (fires, earthquakes, floods, etc.) and relevant codes. Then, an assessment system for the DPM indexes of green buildings is established by the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) in order to evaluate the DPM ability of green buildings and to quantify the impact of different indexes on the DPM ability of green buildings; this system is also used to evaluate and compare DPM capability suggestions, taking two green buildings in South and North China as examples. The results show that the DPM capacities of the two green buildings were evaluated as good, but that the scores for the site planning and water-saving systems of the green building in South China were significantly lower—meaning that measures such as optimizing drainage systems, managing stormwater runoff, permeable paving, rainwater gardens, and installing rainwater harvesting equipment should be implemented. Then, the theory of the utilization rate of DPM conversion is put forward, providing a reference for the future development of green building DPM index systems.

The concept of green architecture, also known as "sustainable development" or "green building," is the theory, science, and style of buildings designed and built based on environmentally friendly principles. Green architecture seeks to minimize the number of resources used in the construction, operation, and management of the building and limit the damage caused to the environment by spreading, pollution, and waste of building components. New water and materials are used to design, build, operate and conserve building energy and generate large amounts of waste that negatively affect health and the environment. To limit these effects and design environmentally sound and resource-efficient buildings, the concept of "green building systems" needs to be introduced, clarified and understood, and practiced. One of the solutions is to use green building methods in the construction industry in today's world. Demand for sustainability as a definitive solution to all environmental challenges Inspired by this research to emphasize the priority of increasing sustainable environmental productivity to reduce carbon emissions to discuss and demonstrate sustainable buildings in Iran (new and existing) and Presenting the principles of energy audit used in them and their performance toward standards. Meanwhile, Iran is ranked as one of the good countries in building growth and green energy in the Middle East and other countries, according to the US Green Building Council's ranking of energy consumption, renewable energy, and recycled materials in 2015-2016.
