Considerations when measuring myocardial perfusion reserve by cardiovascular magnetic resonance using regadenoson

Abstract: BackgroundAdenosine cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) can accurately quantify myocardial perfusion reserve. While regadenoson is increasingly employed due to ease of use, imaging protocols have not been standardized.
