Conserved Genes Underlie Phenotypic Plasticity in an Incipiently Social Bee

Abstract: Despite a strong history of theoretical work on the mechanisms of social evolution, relatively little is known of the molecular genetic changes that accompany transitions from solitary to eusocial forms.
