Conservative treatment of dentigerous cysts in children: Report of two cases

Abstract: Dentigerous cyst (DC) is the most common odontogenic developmental cyst. However DCs are rare in the first decade of life. They are always associated with an unerupted or developing tooth. The classic treatment option is the enucleation of cyst and extraction of the involved tooth.
