ÖZPrimer non-hodgkin lenfoma kadın genital sistemde çok nadir olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Standart bir tedavi şekli olmamakla birlikte cerrahi, kemoterapi ve radyoterapi tedavi seçenekleri tek başına veya kombine olarak kullanılmaktadır. Primer vajen lenfomalı 65 yaşındaki hastamıza kemoterapi ve radyoterapi tedavi seçenekleri uygulandı. Olgu sunumumuzda, klinik ve tedavi özellikleri ile 5 yıllık takip sonuçları değerlendirildi.Anahtar Sözcükler: Non-hodgkin lenfoma, Vajen, Radyoterapi ABSTRACTPrimary malignant lymphoma of the female genital tract is extremely rare. Although a standard of treatment has not been defi ned, treatment regimens have included surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy alone or in combination. A 65-year-old patient with primary vaginal lymphoma received chemotherapy and radiotherapy. We evaluated the clinical features and treatment and the 5-year follow-up results in this case.

RESUMENLa afectación primaria del tracto genital femenino de los linfomas no Hodgkin es poco frecuente (2% de los linfomas primarios extraganglionares). Los órganos más afectados son los ovarios seguidos del cérvix, siendo la localización endometrial y vaginal extremadamente rara. Presentamos el caso de una paciente de 44 años diagnosticada de linfoma primario de vagina, estadio IE A, con remisión completa tras tratamiento combinado quimioterápico y quirúrgico. Es importante tener presente estas raras aunque posibles localizaciones de linfomas para evitar que se puedan confundir con lesiones inflamatorias u otros tipos de tumores que nos lleven a un fracaso terapéutico. PALABRAS CLAVE: Linfoma primario extranodal, linfoma vaginal, linfoma no Hodgkin células B SUMMARYPrimary non-Hodgkin lymphomas rarely involve the female genital tract (2% of primary extranodal lymphomas). The ovaries followed by the cervix are the most common affected sites while the involvement of the endometrium and vagina is extremely rare. We report the case of a 44 year old woman with a primary lymphoma of the vagina, stage IE A, with complete remission after combined chemotherapy and surgical treatment. These rare but possible locations must be kept in mind to avoid misdiagnosis with inflammatory lesions or other types of tumors which may lead us to a therapeutic failure. KEY WORDS: Primary extranodal lymphoma; vaginal lymphoma; Non-Hodgkin B cell lymphoma INTRODUCCIÓNLa localización primaria extraganglionar de un linfoma ocurre en aproximadamente un 25 a 40% de los casos en diferentes órganos y localizaciones. Sin embargo, la afectación primaria del tracto genital femenino por un linfoma es muy poco frecuente y su localización primaria endometrial y vaginal es extremadamente rara. Debido a esta baja frecuencia, no existe, por el momento, un consenso sobre el tratamiento óptimo de estos linfomas y generalmente se utilizan terapias individualizadas en cada caso. Es importante tener presente esta entidad clínica puesto que su diagnóstico resulta con frecuencia dificultoso, simulando en ocasiones otras lesiones a nivel histopatológico. Caso clínicoPaciente de 44 años sin antecedentes personales de interés que consultó al Servicio de Ginecología por menometrorragias y útero miomatoso diagnosticado por ecografía. A nivel del parametrio izquierdo se tactaba una masa nodular y dura de 2 cm.
