Conscientious and proud but challenged as a stranger: Immigrant nurses’ perceptions and descriptions of the Norwegian healthcare system

Abstract: The number of nurses in Norway educated outside of the European Union is increasing. The purpose of this study is to explore how immigrant nurses, all educated as nurses in their home countries, experience working as a nurse in Norway.
